Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sudoku Matrix mobile application (“App”, “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Use of the Application

Sudoku Matrix is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Users may:

• Play Sudoku puzzles
• Save progress locally on their device
• Use available features such as hints, notes, and difficulty modes

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access the App’s code, servers, or protected components

The App is provided “as is” without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including puzzles, UI design, icons, graphics, animations, and code—belongs to Bilgesu Yarar.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without permission.

3. In-App Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

By using the App, you agree to AdMob’s Terms and Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Ads may use non-personal, device-level identifiers to function properly.

Sudoku Matrix does not collect personal data or sell/share user information.

4. Local Data Storage (SharedPreferences)

The App stores basic game data locally on your device, including:

• Game progress
• Settings (sound, theme, difficulty)
• Statistics (mistakes, time, score)

This information is never uploaded, shared, or accessed by the developer. Deleting the App or clearing its data will remove these records permanently.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You will not misuse the App
• You understand that puzzle solutions or game outcomes may vary
• You are solely responsible for your device’s security and preventing unauthorized access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
• The App is provided without warranties, including accuracy, completeness, or error-free functionality.
• Advertisement content is controlled by third parties, not the developer.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may display ads or links that lead to third-party websites or services. Sudoku Matrix does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

You are encouraged to review their own Terms & Privacy Policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

The developer reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the App at their discretion without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
